Hi there, I am Casey, founder and owner of It’s Life Counseling and Wellness. For over 15 years, I’ve walked alongside adults through some of life’s most difficult seasons. I specialize in helping people who feel disconnected, exhausted, or lost in the aftermath of pain, find clarity, relief, and a renewed sense of self.

The name It’s Life Counseling and Wellness comes from a simple truth: life is unpredictable, often unfair, and sometimes much harder than we imagined. The name acknowledges that reality while also offering a quiet reassurance. It’s life; messy, painful, and still full of meaning. Whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to face it alone.

If you’re struggling with anxiety, grief, or trauma, or in the middle of a life transition, healing is possible. My approach is relational, grounded, and personalized to meet you exactly where you are. Together, we’ll create a space for healing that honors your pace and your story.
